All searches may be customized according to
individual needs. All court records searches are done
onsite or through direct link online access. Should
criminal records be found on a subject, the file will
be pulled and reviewed to confirm the identity of the
defendant and to obtain the complete information
concerning charges, disposition, sentencing and, if
applicable, any probation. This excludes the Minimum
Basic Background Search.
Common names may
bring back lists of names with no specific identifiers,
especially in civil searches. In these instances the client
will be consulted before a review of case files begins.
Case reviews in these situations will be billed at the
current hourly rate.
