Employment Background Checks

CDI Investigations offers three levels of employment background checks to meet the risk level of every new hire and current employee:

Level 1 - Basic Background Check ($75.00)

Basic background check that is limited to a criminal background search.  An address profile is developed from database sources for each subject and criminal records are then searched onsite in the county of residence.  Federal criminal records are searched online.  Statewide criminal records are searched in available states along with registered sexual predators.  Additional county criminal records can be searched for an additional fee and will be proposed if the subject has lived in multiple countys.

This type of background check should be utilized for high turn over, low risk employment positions.

Level 2 - Intermediate Background Check ($175.00)

Consists of the Basic Background Check and additionally adds a seach of bankruptcy, tax liens, judgments and civil records search in one county.  One former employer reference will also be verified.

This type of background check should be used for medium level employees or for any employee that will be handling financial transactions or money exchanges.

Level 3 - Advanced Background Check ($500.00)

Consists of the Intermediate Background Check and additionally adds full employment verification for the past 5 years; education verification; and direct inteviews with up to 3 references.

This type of background check should be used for all upper level employees and should be considered for any employees who will be handling money transactions with access to funds.

Other
