CDI process servers are Certified by the Supreme Court of Texas to serve process.  We are also investigators. We will attempt to confirm addresses on our first attempt and if the address is determined to be bad, we will immediately attempt to develop information that may lead to locating a good address for the defendant. This can facilitate the speed of service in the case of a bad address.

Process Service Rates:

For Houston & Fort Bend County Addresses: All services include 3 attempts per paper

Standard Harris/Fort Bend County Process Service ($100)

Rush Services ($125) - 1st attempt made within 24 hours of receipt

Payment is due in full at time papers are delivered to us. We will include a standard affidavit of service unless you also include any return paperwork required by the court of issuance.  Excess Mileage - Price of Process Service includes miles within limits of Harris County or Fort Bend County. Mileage charged at 58.5 cents per mile for service outside Fort Bend or Harris County.  Service outside of Harris or Fort Bend County is charged at the hourly rate of $85 per hour.
